Reading. . .
The Price of Glory: Verdun 1916 by
Alistair Horne, is a classic text on the World War I battle of Verdun in which
700,000 soldiers lost their lives. The book, while a little dry, really illustrates
the confusion and chaos of warfare. The book accurately depicts the
costs involved when military leaders are closed minded and don't have a flexible
picture of what is happening on the front lines. Sounds kind of similar to
some other situation that I just can't put my finger on. . . .

the only used music story in Reno within a five minute walk from both the Nevada
Museum of Art and a strip club. Where you go from Discology is up to you,
but David is a great guy who can find any kind of music you might be looking
for. He also uses the wall space to showcase local artists.
